The final weeks of the year can feel like such a blur and sometimes in the busyness, we lose sight of our peace and our values. This week we're talking about how we can recalibrate our mindset and focus on what truly matters to us. We share a practical practice that will take you less than 5 minutes and help you align your days with your values and hopefully release tension and overwhelm as much as it has for us!
Apply the content in your own life:
Write out a list of all the things that are cluttering your mind....worries, tasks to get done, etc. Once they're on paper, take a moment of pause to actively remember what truly matters to you this season and prioritize that over the pressure of completion and perfection. Go after it.
